Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

Reviewed on Aug. 25, 2008 by bizzymomma
FAB!!!! I used boneless pork chops and I browned them in a small amount of butter in a pan then simmered them in a white wine/chicken broth mix instead of grilling them. I also made an apple glaze with white wine and apple preserves and thickened it with some cornstarch. I love Gouda and I loved using with this recipe. Thank you! Very easy to make!

Jen's Heavenly Egg Salad

Reviewed on Aug. 24, 2008 by newmom42
Very Good! After reading reviews from others decided to use only 1 T lemon juice which gave plenty of zip. I didn't have any onion, but just bought fresh onion buns from our local Breadsmith's so I used them to get that onion flavor. Yum! Thank you for the great post!

Mozzarella Tomatoes

Reviewed on Aug. 21, 2008 by newmom42
Bravo! This recipe is great. I have an abundance of tomatoes this year and have looked through so many recipes. This is a great side for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I made this for breakfast today. My husband and I both enjoyed it. I don't use salt, so used garlic powder, and also added 1/4 tsp of fresh ground black pepper. And doubled the tomatoes. Delicious! Thank you for the post.
