About me:
After working in the fast lane for far too long, I went back to school and became a primary teacher... and haven't regretted a single moment! Right now I'm a supply teacher which gives me ample time to enjoy the process of cooking... plus now that I have someone special to cook for, I'm much more motivated.

I left out the olives as I had none. Also I diluted 1/2 white wine and 1/2 water with a bit of cornstarch to get a bit of a sauce with some thickening.

Oatmeal Banana Raisin Coconut Cookies

Reviewed on Jul. 14, 2008 by pamjlee
Not quite a cake cookie, not quite a hard type cookie. A nice change and full of lots of good stuff! I mashed one of the bananas and sliced up the other. Time is just about right. I went about 12 1/2 minutes.
