How could I not make it a 5 star? I make it, freeze it and that gives me a few days of stress free lunches. Any meal that I can stretch for a few days is a meal on my favorite list! Now I did add some spices garlic, italian...either way it all comes out great!

Had to give it 5 stars simply because my whole family liked it. I did add a few things, garlic and red pepper flakes, not to mention the rosemary and half the cumin.....plus I made it for lunches so I did not add the Spinach into the soup while it was cooking. Instead I packed it on the side and left instructions with the family to heat the soup first then add the spinach once it was heated. Everything turned out wonderful! Thank your for helping me fit a healthy 'green' into my family's meal!

i love the freshness of these peppers and have made them several times already.

Awesome. i cut the cheese in half to save on the calories. Even with less cheese it tasted great.

Excellent. i have always had stews in the past with a very chewy beef this beef was very tender. nice job.

oh, help me! I'm dead This recipe creates a muffin worth 2 bucks each! If not $4! --Otis Spunkimeyer, watch out! These are a WW's nightmare (I think these are well over 12 points each, eek!) but what a treat! Family loves these, the topping makes a sensation on top of apple pies, too!

Excellent! Served it on boring hamburger buns & still saw my SIL eat 2!!! (She's not a big eater, either! a waif of a girly) Defatted mine before adding Famous Dave's Rich & Sassy sauce, served up for Labor Day get-together. Wonderful with cole-slaw on top!!! yummy. Even had some today for lunch, extra yummy on GOOD rolls!!!

What a great idea! the sauce is so good. I used red, yellow, and orange peppers instead of green. I also only used monterey and cheddar cheese.

Yummy! I added a tsp of garlic powder and curry powder, each, for some boost-flavor. Comfort food, easily made! Used thights & breasts first time, just breasts 2nd time, both came out great. Also made my own biscuit dough & it was cheaper!

This is awesome. I found the garam masala in the bulk barn. I have made it with several variations and it always turns out great! My husband will actually eat rice with it! You can't mess this one up, it has become a weekly dish at our house, made with many variations! I like to add cooked cauliflower right into the sauce!

As Willy Wonka (Jonny Depp version) said, "Ew." Not at all pleasant, the tofu was just crispy, but softening in the sauce ...tofu -no taste about it! My hubby said, "crunchy, chewy water-flavored Chinese food. Please don't make this again." I spent well over 25 mins prepping to have to tell the kids to "eat up, Puh-leez?" and only end up tossing 3/4 of it. Ho hum. The sauce was good on the carrots though, which gives this one star.

Fast, pretty easy and filling but did need a bit of curry or something to liven it up some. I'll make it again, mostly because it's so healthy and so fast!
