About me:
I'm a student of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, so alot of the things I like to cook are pretty healthy. But like the guys from Kashi, I think health food should still taste good! I also love cooking for my pets ... I like knowing what's going into their little bodies rathar that trusting the dreaded bag or can!

Thai Beef Noodle Salad

Reviewed on Jul. 17, 2008 by PERSEPHONE
I was looking for a new use for zucchini and this was LOVELY. I ended up using ground beef and the flavour was good. Although I think my husband and I would have preferred the beef strips, our toddler ate the beef bits (success!). I quickly blanched my broccoli with the pasta and used the hot noodles and beef to slightly steam the rest of the vegetables. Next time I will add more vegetables.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed on Jul. 17, 2008 by BOOTBYRD
These were very good. I am giving it 4 stars because I made two changes. Instead of the egg I used flax seed mixed with water and because of that I added about 1/4 cup of bread crumbs because the mixture was very moist. I also sprinkled a little bit of garlic powder in there. There were really moist and since we are trying to lower our carbs we ate them without buns and a little bar b que sauce. I will make these again! Thanks for the recipe.
