Easy Pepperoni Bread

Reviewed on Oct. 11, 2008 by LWELKNER
I made a pizza dough from scratch and used a combo of cheeses that I had leftover from a make-your-own-pizza party. I served it with some pizza sauce and my family thought it was a great, fun dinner night.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed on Oct. 6, 2008 by LWELKNER
Very nice. I used the sauce on 4 thighs and 1 lb fillet of salmon. I stuck the thighs in for about 15 mins and then added the salmon and finished the cooking time for about 20 more mins. We both liked the salmon better but I think it's because we are not big fans of chicken on the bone. Next time I will do this recipe on chicken breasts.

Creamy Frosting

Reviewed on Oct. 5, 2008 by LWELKNER
My grandma used to make this frosting for my dad and called it "Pope's Frosting". We all love the fluffy, buttery flavor of it. It's a lot less sweet than your typical Buttercream one. This past time I made it I used caster sugar. I have never heard of it before moving out of the states but it's a british product and just means super fine sugar. It's nice so that you don't ever seen the granules in the frosting.
