Traditional Mashed Potatoes

To make this pareve used 1/2 cup butter substitute (or margarine) and 1/2 cup broth. I also used 2 different types of potatos to add a bit of texture. It was excellent!

Bread and Celery Stuffing

I made this adding chunks of sausage and in a casserole dish and it was AMAZING! My hubby said it was better than his moms -- now THAT'S praise :-)
